Liquor store robbery turns deadly

According to homicide detectives, two suspects were in the process of holding up the store when a US customs agent, who happened to be in Specs at the time, opened fire Authorities say the suspect was struck and died in the store, the other is still on the loose A store employee was also transported to the hospital with minor injuries. So I guess if you have CHL, you can shoot someone for robbing a store if youre in it? |

In Florida and Texas you can. The article does not say but I suspect the robbers were armed.

you are wrong about not able to carry in a Liquor store in Texas, yes you may not carry there only if they post 30.06..
In cases of alcohol sales the law is not in effect until 51% of sales are for consumption on premises. H If they post the proper signage you would be excluded. hope this clears it up for you. Feldmans Liquor store in McAllen put the exclusion sign up not to long back , I turned around and walked away. Few weeks later went back and they had put the proper sign up and went on in and made my purchases. who taught your course and told you that? Or you are just guessing because there is alchol there? |
